Find Help Now

Feeling Better Now

Approved by the College of Family Physicians of Canada, Feeling Better Now (FBN) is an interactive web-based mental health tool that is available to KHSC employees and their families, to assist in the early diagnosis and treatment of mental health problems. The FBN tool allows employees and their families to anonymously complete questionnaires on-line which produce printable Diagnostic Risk and Care Maps for common mental disorders. These "maps" can then be taken by the individual to their own physician to assist in making an accurate diagnosis and initiating appropriate treatment. FBN is all about promoting early intervention and optimal treatment of mental health problems. It is completely confidential and anonymous, you just need to create a user name and password. FBN is available to all KHSC  employees and their families. For more information, or to access the tool visit Feeling Better Now.
